Miho Nishimura (Japan) started studying piano at the age of 4. She studied with Prof. Vladimir Krainev in Hannover, Prof. Shoko Sugitani in Tokyo and she finished l’Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris in France, class de Perfectionnement under Anne Queffelec. She finished Postgraduate studies at Chopin University of Music in Warsaw where she now continues her study in piano performance in Master’s degree under Prof. Jerzy Romaniuk. She also attends Talent Music Master Courses in Italy.
She was awarded the 1st prize at European International Piano Competition in Japan, Silver prize in Chopin International Piano Competition in Asia, and Gold prize in 52nd Spokane Allied and Arts Music Festival, USA.
She performed piano concerts with orchestras and quartets in Tokyo, Italy, Poland and USA. She took masterclasses with eminent professors, such as Andrzej Jasinski, Vladimir Krainev, Piotr Paleczny, Philippe Entremont, Jerzy Sterczynski, Anna Malikova, Gabriel Tcchino and Anne Queffelec in Japan, France, Austria, Poland, and Italy.
She played at Noc Museum and International Flower Festival in Warsaw. In 2016 she performed a recital for the Japanese Ambassador in Poland.
